On Tuesday, 5th March all Year 3/4 students will participate in Water Safety Lessons facilitated by Port Noarlunga Aquatics.

Sessions over the whole day are held at Port Noarlunga Jetty. Students will walk to and from the beach, departing school at 9AM and returning by 3:10PM.

IMPORTANT! THREE (3) ITEMS ARE REQUIRED

Before attending, the following must be received by the school:

1. Payment on QKR! or in person (details below)
2. WATER SAFETY CONSENT FORM. This is a Department for Education mandated form. It will be sent via email, looking similar to this form. Please check your email soon after receiving this excursion notice.
3. Permission to attend (given at the bottom of this form)

Check with your class teacher or the front office (8382 2455) if you would like to check everything has been received.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Packed recess and lunch.
• Water bottle.
• Wear bathers (students will wear a wetsuit over top, provided by aquatics).
• Spare change of clothes.
• Spare change of underwear.
• Apply sunscreen.
• Extra sunscreen to re-apply during the day.
• School hats must be worn for walking to and from the beach.
• Uniform is not required today. Comfy walking clothes are OK.
• Covered shoes please.
